SHIPPING:
We ship our natural skin care products priority mail within 3-5 business days after purchase & cleared payment since these products are made fresh to order. Our handcrafted soaps and all other items are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase and cleared payment.
Cost for shipping Priority Mail is calculated depending on weight and postal zone (your zip code) unless otherwise specified. Plus if we are combining a shipment, this will save you some money.
FREE shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
On free shipping orders, we will reimburse shipping thru paypal as the shopping cart does not calculate free shipping.
Shipping may take longer over holidays.
We will contact you if we can't ship in this time frame for any reason.
We will combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible to save you money.
Returns:
For hygienic reasons, our skin care products are non-returnable.
For refunds:
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns on all items (except our natural skin care products) within 3 business days of receipt. Please notify us with your intention to return at ([email protected]). Items must be postmarked no later than the 3rd business day of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Item(s) must be returned in the same unused condition as received. A Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item(s). Thank you for your understanding.
